HVAC Leak

No one wants to deal with a water leak, but this home experienced a long term HVAC leak that went unnoticed for quite some time. The leak caused extensive floor damage including damage to the floor, sub floor, and floor joists in the hallway of the home. The floor had to be removed and equipment set for other floors in the home that were also affected.
